Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a channel sales professional to manage Channel Partners and industrial accounts in the United States. You will influence design and guide partner-led accounts across market segments, selling power and industrial products to distribute, monitor, automate, and control customer applications.

You will collaborate with Industrial Channel Managers, Branch Managers, Purchasing, and Inside/Outside Sales to drive mutual growth, lead inventories, and implement promotions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relevant sales experience preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or Communications is preferred.
• Experience in electrical distribution, industrial automation or energy management industries.
• Experience selling through distribution and to trade professionals.
• Experience with consultative sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor with Channel Partners and Channel Partner-Led Industrial Accounts across market segments.
• Drive solution sales of power and industrial products used to distribute, monitor, automate, and control applications.
• Connect Channel Partners to offers, applications and tools to enable their commercial success.
• Consult with Channel Managers and cross-functional teams to bring Schneider Electric innovations to market.
• Execute channel strategies to drive market share growth and handle inventory reviews with partners.
• Lead tactical execution of channel plans, promotions, training, and inventory planning.
