The role involves meeting service levels, optimizing efficiency, developing teams, and managing budgets in a production environment across the US. Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in distribution with strong leadership and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years leading a team in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Proven track record in safety management, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with efficient assembly, service parts, and refurb processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy for the site.
• Lead workforce and ensure safety compliance and performance improvement.
• Develop teams, manage budgets, and meet service level objectives.
• Provide operational guidance and analyze process effectiveness.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate key business goals and budgets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to meet production objectives.
• Maintain cost and productivity goals across departments.
• Lead cost analysis initiatives and drive opportunities.
• Ensure timely monthly reporting and safety standards.
