Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Component Distribution Leader for the Jackson TN 3PL facility to drive growth and sustain critical initiatives. The leader will oversee a 350K sq ft operation with ~350 employees, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating with a 3PL partner and multiple manufacturing sites.

The role requires a BS degree and 10+ years of management experience, strong problem-solving, and TPS continuous improvement background.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree and minimum 10 years of related management experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to connect with all levels of an organization.
High integrity with sound judgment and leadership capabilities.
Background in applying continuous improvement culture and TPS principles.
Understanding of plumbing industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Maintains targeted safety, quality, delivery, and cost levels.
Builds and implements plans to improve upon targeted goals.
Prepares site budgets and is responsible for the business to meet/exceed budgets.
Maintains and promotes safety culture and compliance with labor, environment and safety rules.
Leads site employees to develop personal growth and collaboration.
Promotes communication and empowered work environment.
Coordinates ISO/Quality/Environmental/Safety programs.
Develops site strategies aligned with corporate initiatives.
Implements company directives and MOS principles.
Represents the company in local business community.
