You will lead a team, manage budgets, and partner with sales and operations to meet service levels.

The role emphasizes staff development, cost control, and implementing best-in-class processes while ensuring a safe, productive environment across the facility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations experience.
• 3+ years leading a team in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Proven track record in safety management, productivity improvement, and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with efficient assembly, service parts, and refurb processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and adjust organizational processes to ensure efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures.
• Provide operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of organizational operations.
• Evaluate operating results to ensure growth and objectives are met.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate key business goals, budgets, and policies.
• Collaborate with sales teams and operations teams to meet targets.
