Job summary
Johnson Health Tech Companies is seeking a Distribution Site Leader to manage all operations within a distribution site in Texas. You will oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, workforce leadership, safety compliance, and performance improvement to meet service levels and optimize efficiency.
You will develop teams, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, productive environment while coordinating with sales and operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
- 5+ years in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- 3+ years leading a team in a high-volume distribution environment.
- Proven track record in safety, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Proficiency with SAP, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; limited travel within the US.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy.
- Provide staffing and leadership for the site.
- Develop and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to meet service levels.
- Manage monthly reporting and project execution.
