Job summary

Capacity LLC is seeking a Site Leader to oversee 3PL warehouse and distribution operations in the United States. The role requires driving P&L, staffing, and customer satisfaction while leading a high-performance team across multiple client accounts.

You will establish KPIs, budgets, and operating targets, and partner with sales and implementation teams to onboard customers. A strong background in WMS/ERP/TMS platforms and Lean/continuous-improvement methods is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations.
• 3+ years in a senior operations management or General Manager role preferred.
• Proven experience managing a high-volume warehouse or multi-client 3PL operation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, fulfillment, transportation, and supply-chain processes.
• Demonstrated P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-management experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with WMS/ERP/TMS platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 3PL warehouse and distribution operations.
• Establish and maintain operational KPIs, productivity standards, and service-level objectives.
• Optimize warehouse layout, labor utilization, workflows, equipment, and processes.
• Manage relationships with internal departments and customers.
• Develop labor forecasts and operating targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Lead implementation of new systems and technology as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety programs.
