Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, distribution, transportation, operations, or related field.
• Proficiency in leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and scalable solutions.
• Ability to anticipate business needs and identify risks and opportunities.
• Strategic ability to translate priorities into execution balancing cost, speed, service, capacity and inventory goals.

• Translate routing requirements into execution by interpreting partner routing guide requirements and converting them into SOPs.
• Ensure network-wide compliance and drive improvements to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
• Leverage knowledge of supply chain systems and workflows to drive operational execution and identify gaps.
• Drive clear communication across all levels to translate data into actionable insights.
• Lead cross-functional alignment by partnering across Logistics, DC operations, and Home Office teams.
• Develop and elevate talent by providing timely feedback and fostering accountability.
