Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of retail/in-store experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Workforce Management web-based labor scheduling and time and attendance solutions (UKG or similar).
• Knowledge of store business processes, sales forecasting and workload forecasting methods.
• Strong project management, leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze data, problem-solve and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Own development of work plan, timeline and communications with leadership alignment.
• Evaluate trends in retail workforce management to support strategy and growth.
• Recommend product improvements to support schedule effectiveness, sales and customer experience.
• Serve as SME for store operating procedures and current field model capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
• Manage UAT, timelines and user experience considerations.
• Support workforce management field requests and HR compliance input.
• Deliver training for Store and Field Leaders on workforce tools and scheduling.
