Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CMA or CPA preferred; 5–7 years of operations finance or accounting experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word); SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal skills with clear communication across all levels.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy, quality and financial controls.
• Ability to assess and resolve complex, unstructured problems with sound judgment.
• Self‑motivated and adaptable, able to prioritize and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley.
• Oversee month‑end close, financial reporting, account analysis and variance explanations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for labor, overhead, scrap and capital with variance analysis.
• Partner with operations leaders to provide financial guidance for continuous improvement and performance.
• Monitor overhead spend, labor efficiency and key cost drivers to identify risks and savings opportunities.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting to plant leadership and headquarters.
• Coordinate cycle‑count and inventory control programs, including reconciliations and policy compliance.
