You will lead forecasting, analytics, and KPI governance, collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations, and build scalable processes to improve service levels and working capital.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
• Experience building and improving planning processes in growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning strategy and ownership across functions.
• Develop planning calendars, governance routines, and decision cadences.
• Create data-driven dashboards and KPIs for forecast accuracy and inventory health.
• Lead monthly S&OP reviews and cross-functional consensus.
• Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement and Operations to balance demand and inventory.
