Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to support plant operations financially by maintaining the general ledger, closing cycles, forecasting, budgeting, and inventory control. You will deliver insights to plant leadership to drive cost reduction and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Category Controller, you will partner with Finance at HQ, plant leadership, and other Masco locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CMA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation of accounting policies to ensure SOX compliance.
• Manage month-end close, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital.
