Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Plant Accounting Manager to support plant operations by maintaining the general ledger, closing month-end, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to leadership. This role drives cost reduction and operational excellence by delivering timely insights.

Reporting to the Category Controller, you will partner with headquarters and plant teams, oversee inventory controls, cycle counts, and SOX compliance, and contribute to strategic projects while upholding Delta's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting with 5+ years in manufacturing accounting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct the month-end close process, including financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for labor, overhead, scrap, and capital with actionable variance analysis.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure SOX compliance and adherence to accounting policies.
• Collaborate with operations to provide financial guidance for cost-saving initiatives.
• Monitor overhead spending, labor efficiency, and cost drivers to identify savings opportunities.
• Deliver timely, clear financial reports to plant management and headquarters.
• Coordinate cycle counts and inventory control, including reconciliations with corporate standards.
• Contribute to strategic projects and plant-level initiatives.
