Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Distribution Engineering Design Team Planner to coordinate design tasks, schedules, and resources for distributed engineering projects. You will work with Designers, internal teams, and external customers to ensure timely delivery.

Responsible for managing calendars, materials, and design workflows while maintaining Maximo backlog integrity. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years Transmission or Distribution experience.
• 1 year of Maximo & CCS experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage distribution engineering design work and related tasks.
• Coordinate design resources within geographic areas and assign Designers.
• Monitor each Designer’s calendar and manage appointments.
• Communicate with Designers and Network Line groups to meet requested service dates.
• Identify root causes of customer inquiries and recommend solutions.
• Maintain Maximo backlogs and ensure policy compliance.
