Job summary

Entergy is looking for a Distribution Engineering Design professional to plan, schedule, and manage customer-requested work, line maintenance tasks, and capital projects within a designated geographic area. You will coordinate with Designers, track workloads, and ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, experience with Maximo, CCS, and Power BI, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years Entergy Transmission or Distribution experience
• 1 year of Maximo & CCS experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and database applications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan distribution design work with customers and Designers.
• Interpret and apply policies for customer requests and service dates.
• Manage design resources and assign Designers to geographic areas.
• Communicate with Designers about assignments and available slots.
• Coordinate with Network Line groups to expedite work when needed.
• Identify root causes of customer inquiries and implement solutions.
• Utilize Maximo/AM/FM-DFM in design/construction context.
• Review Maximo backlogs and suggest improvements.
• Support Storm Response Team during restoration efforts.
