Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve targeting strategy for field teams to align with strategic goals.
• Improve targeting methods by propagating up-to-date approaches.
• Recommend priority accounts/HCPs for field engagement based on multiple factors.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines while addressing account needs.
• Devise call plans to balance workload across the field force.
• Support quarterly targeting and field NBA reviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate NBA strategy across field functions for better customer experience.
• Develop NBA decision engine with I&A AI/Data science teams.
