Job summary

You will define enterprise strategy, governance, and roadmaps for targeting, field intelligence, Next Best Action, and decision-support across therapeutic areas, partnering with Brand and Analytics leaders to drive data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industry.
• Expertise in targeting, field intelligence, commercial analytics, and decision intelligence.
• Experience leading Directors/Associate Directors.
• Ability to translate commercial strategy into scalable analytical models and governance.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global, matrixed teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and operating model for targeting and field intelligence.
• Lead Next Best Action and decision-support enablement across therapeutic areas.
• Drive governance, methodologies, and investment priorities for field intelligence capabilities.
• Partner with Brand and Analytics leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable frameworks.
• Ensure enterprise-wide consistency of targeting and field intelligence and drive measurable impact.
• Oversee AI-enabled analytics and responsible AI governance within the function.
