Job summary

Urban Dove seeks an Associate Director of Student Admissions to lead strategy, planning, and execution of recruitment and admissions across its charter schools. You will supervise the Student Admissions Manager and coordinate outreach to schools, community organizations, prospective students, and families to meet enrollment goals.

The role analyzes recruitment results, adjusts strategies, and develops project plans, dashboards, and data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in student recruitment, admissions, education, nonprofit leadership, project management, or related field.
• Experience supervising staff and strong project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead recruitment and admissions strategy across Urban Dove schools.
• Oversee systems for tracking prospective students from contact to enrollment.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, trends, and next steps to leadership.
• Lead regular team meetings and supervision, and create project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with school leaders and CMO to support enrollment goals.
