• Bachelor's degree in higher education or a related field.
• Seven+ years in admissions or enrollment management with supervisory experience.

• Experience in domestic and international recruitment.
• Proven budgeting and fiscal management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for all undergraduate admissions functions.
• Oversees recruitment, application processing, admission decisions, yield, and new-student enrollment initiatives.
• Leads CRM-driven marketing and outreach to maximize engagement and enrollment conversion.
• Manages admissions budget, travel, events, and staffing resources.
• Represents the University to prospective students, families, counselors, and external partners.
