Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Director of Practice Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across service lines, coordinating administrative, operational, and financial functions to support mission and values.

The role partners with clinical leadership to drive access, quality, patient experience and financial performance, overseeing workflows and resource utilization across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or administrative leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, leading teams, and improving operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative leadership for assigned service lines or departments.
• Directly supervise managers, supervisors, and administrative staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver safe, high-quality patient care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategic planning, program development, and onboarding of new programs or sites.
• Facilitate communication between staff, physicians, and senior leadership.
