Keys Medical Group is seeking a Director of Practice Management to lead physician practice operations, drive financial sustainability, and optimize patient flow across the system. You will align clinical and administrative resources with organizational goals and growth strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, hospital leadership, and departments to ensure high‑quality patient care, compliant operations, and efficient service delivery in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree acceptable
• Master's degree preferred
• 3–5 years leadership experience preferred
• 3–5 years experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for physician practice operations and staffing to support high‑quality patient care.
• Manages financial performance including budgeting, billing, collections, and revenue cycle optimization.
• Develops and implements business plans for practice expansion and operational improvements.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and privacy protections across physician practices.
• Collaborates with physicians and hospital leadership to improve patient access and provider satisfaction.
• Oversees strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for growth opportunities.
