Capital Health is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to optimize provider scheduling, manage staff across locations, and oversee budgeting and compliance. You will drive productivity, ensure efficient patient flow, and supervise registration, billing, and payment processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent healthcare management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on operational excellence within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field, or 5 years healthcare management experience in lieu of a degree.
• Two years office management experience, or 5 years in lieu of a degree.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of insurance and billing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule providers, coordinate exam rooms and equipment for maximum productivity.
• Register, capture charges, initial submission and patient payment collections.
• Oversee budgeting, expenditures and inventory to ensure efficiency.
• Hire across locations and manage staff performance per policy and laws.
• Ensure compliance with DNV-GL standards and coding requirements.
