Job summary

Community Medical Centers seeks a Director of Practice Management to lead the Practice Managers and Clinical Support Coordinators. This role sets objectives for each clinic office and provides leadership across operations, staffing, human resources, patient satisfaction, safety, and compliance.

The position collaborates with operations leaders to align goals with the annual and strategic plan, ensuring safe, effective, and high-performing environments for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field required
• 5 years of progressive experience in managing or overseeing physician practices required
• Experience utilizing EMR and practice management systems required

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Practice Managers and the Clinical Support Coordinators.
• Set objectives and goals for each clinic office; align with the annual and strategic plan.
• Provide leadership for operations, staffing, human resources, patient satisfaction, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with operation leaders to ensure safe, effective, high performing clinic environments for patients, family and colleagues.
