Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a senior member of the Patient Solution Insights & Analytics team in New York to drive data-driven insights for patient services programs. You will partner with Business Analytics, Technology, SPP, and compliance to develop models, insights, and data products that support brand priorities.

The role requires extensive analytics experience, leadership, and the ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years experience; or Master's with 7+ years; or PhD with 5+ years in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years in Biopharma, analytics, strategy consulting, business, or related area.
• 3+ years hands-on coding in SQL or data analytics tools (Python, R, SAS).
• Experience with pharma datasets (prescribers, payer data, rebates, claims).
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights and solutions for Pfizer's patient services programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop models, insights, and data products.
• Identify KPIs and monitor program performance across the patient journey.
• Maintain data governance and oversee analytics initiatives with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to drive budget tracking, cost savings, and compliance.
