Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a data-related field.
• 6+ years of relevant data analysis, interpretation, and reporting experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with analytical and data-visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Dataiku, Python, or R).
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches and outputs, independently.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, documentation, and reproducibility.

Responsibilities

• Ad hoc and exploratory analysis to answer business and scientific questions across regions.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain datasets for exploratory and recurring analyses.
• Collaborate with Engagement Leads to clarify questions, scope, and timelines.
• Test and pilot new data sources, methodologies, or AI-enabled approaches; document findings and recommendations.
