Pfizer is seeking a Senior Strategic Analyst within Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) to generate AI-enabled insights that inform brand strategy across Specialty Care. You will drive data analysis, lead patient segmentation, and guide strategic decisions with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years in biopharma analytics, strong SQL/Python/R skills, and experience with IQVIA data. Hybrid work setup with travel as needed and collaboration with Brand, Data Science, and Data Strategy

Qualifications

8+ years in biopharma analytics or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
Strong coding skills in SQL, Python, and R.
Experience with AI tools and secondary data sources like IQVIA.
Proven ability to shape brand strategy proactively.
Experience with specialty care therapeutic areas and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

Proactively initiate data analysis and develop innovative methodologies to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Serve as SME in secondary analytics for a therapeutic area (e.g., Dermatology).
Guide analysis with patient segmentation and connect data signals to strategic decisions.
Champion AI tools like dashboards and automated reporting.
Contribute to methodology standardization and innovation.
Partner with Brand, Data Science, and Data Strategy teams.
Oversee vendor work and communicate insights to senior leadership.
