Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Senior Data Insights & Analytics professional to drive analytics within Pfizer Patient Services in New York. You will craft data-driven insights and strategic recommendations across Oncology and Primary Care, collaborating with analytics, technology, and patient services teams to inform brand strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in biopharma analytics with strong coding in SQL/Python/R and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; or master's with 7+ years; or PhD with 5+ years of relevant work.
• 8+ years’ experience in Biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or related area.
• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience in SQL or other data analytics tools in life sciences.
• Experience with pharma datasets (physician-level prescribing, payer data, formulary data, rebates, claims).

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven insights for Pfizer’s Patient Services programs across Oncology and Primary Care.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and implement models and data products.
• Identify KPIs to monitor program performance and inform strategy decisions.
• Maintain data governance to ensure consistent metrics and rules.
• Push innovative analytic methodologies and oversee implementation with stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and cost-savings opportunities within analytics programs.
