Qualifications

6+ years of data analysis, interpretation and reporting in pharma/healthcare or regulated env.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical approaches and outputs.
Strong attention to detail, documentation and reproducibility.

Responsibilities

Ad hoc & exploratory analysis (~70-80%): respond to business/medical questions by accessing underlying data sources and delivering decision-ready outputs.
Experimentation & innovation (~20-30%): test new data sources and methods; produce proof-of-concept analyses for roadmap prioritization.
Quality & documentation: maintain data source definitions, transformations and governance-compliant analyses.
