Job summary

Stelvio Inc. is seeking a Director of Technical Delivery to lead the strategic and technical direction of system delivery across its customer portfolio. You will act as the senior technical authority, aligning core products with customer requirements from bid to final acceptance.

This role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic delivery strategy, strengthening organizational capability across multiple concurrent programs and mentoring a team of Technical Delivery Managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• Experience delivering complex or enterprise‑level system solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integration and software delivery lifecycles.
• Ability to lead strategic technical conversations with executive stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, communication and solution‑development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams to align solutions with objectives.
• Represent technical delivery in executive strategy discussions.
• Lead as senior technical authority across customer implementations.
• Establish standards aligning product capabilities with customer needs.
• Create frameworks for quality, reliability, and customer experience.
• Lead technology assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Refine delivery practices across the customer portfolio.
• Mentor Technical Delivery Managers and drive career development.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
