Stellarus seeks a senior technology leader to guide engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services aligned to strategic business objectives. You will lead managers and senior engineers, shaping solution delivery, reliability, and security across multi-team programs.

You will partner with product, architecture, security, and business leaders to improve execution, manage risk, and achieve measurable outcomes while developing leaders and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technology leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience stabilizing and modernizing large-scale production systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services to align with business objectives.
• Oversee architecture, engineering delivery, production operations, and complex issue resolution.
• Own technology roadmaps, delivery execution, and operational performance across portfolios.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Platform, and business leaders to ensure successful execution.
