Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in supply chain planning
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record leading 5-step S&OP
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent facilitation and cross-functional leadership
• Experience in a Center of Excellence (COE)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a matrixed COE team in planning.
• Collaborate with executives to define and execute project strategies.
• Shape and manage planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
• Own End-to-End Global Process Ownership for Planning across PT.
• Represent and govern in program forums and executive report-outs.
• Lead change adoption and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Ensure legacy UOP and new acquisitions align implementations.
