Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Sr Director Supply Chain Planning to lead a matrixed team of COE professionals, driving strategic planning across multiple value streams and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

You will report to the VP Supply Chain - PT and operate in a hybrid model from Rosemont, IL (with also Charlotte and Houston locations). The role emphasizes transformation, budget adherence, and cross-unit collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning
• At least 10 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record leading 5-step S&OP
• Strong financial acumen and cross-functional facilitation
• Experience in Center of Excellence (COE) leadership and digital transformation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a matrixed COE team across value streams
• Collaborate with senior executives to define and execute project strategies
• Shape planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and timeline
• Own End-to-End Global Process Ownership for Planning across PT
• Represent SBG in program forums and executive report-outs
• Lead change management and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Ensure legacy UOP and new acquisitions are represented in implementations
