Job summary

Evidence in Motion is seeking an Executive Director of Speech Language Pathology to provide senior leadership, strategic direction, and discipline-specific expertise across a matrixed organization. The role advances academic products and builds university and healthcare partnerships to align with workforce needs and accreditation requirements.

The position drives program quality, learner outcomes, and market positioning while guiding curriculum strategy, accreditation readiness, and scalable

Qualifications

• Terminal or doctoral degree appropriate to the discipline (e.g., PhD, EdD, clinical doctorate, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of combined academic, clinical, and leadership experience within the discipline, including academic, administrative, product management, or educational technology leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex academic initiatives, advise senior academic stakeholders, and operate effectively in matrix environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with programmatic accreditation standards relevant to the discipline.
• Successful track record in launching new academic products, services, or programs.
• Experience leveraging enterprise CRM and other platforms to manage partner data, P&L, track pipelines, and generate performance reports.
• Proficiency of MS Office.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EIM's senior discipline expert and trusted advisor across academic, operational, and partnership functions.
• Foster teamwork and continuous improvement across EIM.
• Influence university and healthcare partners to develop innovative, evidence-based products and services.
• Represent EIM through scholarly work, conference presentations, and industry leadership activities.
• Own and maintain the discipline-specific knowledge base to support decision-making and execution.
