Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC is seeking an Executive Director of Speech Language Pathology to provide senior leadership, strategic direction, and discipline-specific expertise. This role guides development of academic services, partnerships, and accreditation readiness for healthcare education solutions.

You will lead workforce-focused program strategy, collaborate with university partners, and drive scalable educational models to strengthen Confluent Health's market position and growth.

Qualifications

• Terminal or doctoral degree appropriate to the discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined academic, clinical, and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex academic initiatives and advise senior stakeholders.
• Experience with programmatic accreditation standards relevant to the discipline.
• Successful track record launching new academic products, services, or programs.
• Experience leveraging enterprise CRM and other platforms to manage partner data.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as EIM's strategic advisor to university partners on program development and growth.
• Architect and revise curriculum in collaboration with Learning, Design, and Technology to meet standards.
• Create and lead faculty development programs that drive instructional excellence.
• Partner with enrollment and partnerships teams to support growth and quality.
• Lead discipline-specific market analysis to inform business development strategies.
