Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid and current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the United States.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language pathology evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Supervise and mentor speech therapy staff and other rehabilitation professionals to foster clinical excellence and professional growth.
• Assist the Director of Rehabilitation in managing daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated care plans and ensure continuity of care.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and implement process improvements within the rehabilitation department.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated rehabilitation team.
• Engage in community outreach and education to promote rehabilitation services and support patient engagement.
