Job summary

Evidence In Motion (EIM) seeks an Executive Director of Speech Language Pathology to provide senior-level leadership, strategic direction, and discipline-specific expertise across our academic products and healthcare partnerships.

You will guide curriculum strategy, accreditation readiness, faculty development, and partnerships with universities and healthcare systems to advance education solutions that meet workforce needs and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Terminal or doctoral degree appropriate to the discipline (e.g., PhD, EdD, clinical doctorate, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of combined academic, clinical, and leadership experience within the discipline, including academic, administrative, product management, or educational technology leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex academic initiatives, advise senior academic stakeholders, and operate effectively in matrix environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with programmatic accreditation standards relevant to the discipline.
• Successful track record in launching new academic products, services, or programs.
• Experience leveraging enterprise CRM and other platforms to manage partner data, P&L, track pipelines, and generate performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for SLP programs and partnerships.
• Collaborate with university partners on program development, student success, growth, quality, and long-term sustainability.
• Lead faculty development and mentoring programs, shaped by discipline-specific best practices, that drive instructional excellence.
• Support recruitment of key academic leaders (e.g., Program Director, Director of Clinical Education).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful program launches, ensuring academic quality and launch readiness.
• Develop scalable strategies to improve clinical placements and learner success.
