Job summary

Focus School Software, LLC seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist leader to coordinate speech-language program practices at the school level, aligning with district philosophy and best practices. You will manage screenings, evaluations, and interventions, while collaborating with staff, families, and liaisons to implement IEP goals and data-informed strategies.

You will maintain records, analyze data, and provide training to staff on evidence-based practices, ASD awareness, and behavior support

Qualifications

• Master's degree in communication science/disorders or SLP.
• CCC-SLP or CF eligible.
• Valid Florida Educator’s Certificate in Speech-Language Impaired or equivalent.
• Florida certification/licensing as required by state.
• Experience with children in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, complete, and maintain all necessary database/records per policy.
• Conduct speech-language screenings and diagnostic evaluations, including authentic assessments.
• Plan and provide interventions for identified students.
• Analyze data to identify student or program needs.
• Make data-based recommendations for planning and monitoring interventions.
• Collaborate to implement IEP goals for identified students.
• Deliver program support through training and modeling of evidence-based practices.
