Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles is seeking a senior Speech-Language Pathologist leader to guide policy development, clinical practice agreements, and quality assurance programs across sites. You will ensure licensure compliance, drive clinical initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating services, evaluating complex patients, and leading training to advance evidence-based practice and patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CFY completed.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in speech-language pathology.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role.
• Registered with PECOS within six months from date of hire.
• California Speech-Language Pathologist or Audiologist license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, evaluation and revision of speech pathology policies and QA programs.
• Coordinate speech pathology services and schedules to ensure high-quality, accessible care.
• Oversee diagnostic testing, patient treatment, and interdisciplinary collaboration on care plans.
• Provide training and education to teams to meet licensure and documentation requirements.
• Guide performance management, resource planning, and change management across sites.
