Qualifications

• Ten years of management experience in employee benefits and compensation.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, CCP, or CBP.
• Experience with Workday, especially benefits, leave, and compensation modules.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the compensation and benefits departments and programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cost-effectiveness of plans.
• Lead vendor management and budget development with Finance.
• Serve on the Administrative Steering Committee and provide data-driven recommendations.
