Job summary

Odyssey Logistics in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to implement and maintain Odyssey's compensation programs, including annual merit cycles and incentive planning.

This role partners with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure equitable, data-driven application of standards aligned with our philosophy and business objectives. You'll lead compensation requests, perform market analyses, design metrics, and ensure compliance with FLSA, EEO, and ADA while fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Familiarity with FLSA, EEO, ADA and confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation programs and annual merit cycles.
• Lead bonus and incentive planning processes.
• Conduct market analyses and design compensation metrics.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and managers on compensation.
• Ensure compliance with laws (FLSA, EEO, ADA).
