Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; five years of compensation experience preferred.
  • Three years of supervisory experience.
  • Master’s degree or professional compensation certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead compensation strategies aligned with College priorities.
  • Oversight of compensation programs, policies, and administration.
  • Benchmark and analyze market data to ensure internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Finance to assess financial impact of compensation recommendations.
  • Lead and develop the compensation team to ensure accuracy and service excellence.
