HR Search Pros, Inc. seeks a Director of Compensation in a hybrid role based in Austin to design, implement, and administer compensation programs including job architecture, salary structures, equity, and executive compensation.

You will lead a compensation team, work with business leaders, and prepare materials for Board Committees, drawing on 10+ years of experience in compensation and 3+ years in executive compensation at publicly traded companies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of compensation experience including 3+ years of executive compensation experience at publicly traded companies.
• Strong understanding of job architecture and salary structures.
• Experience building and scaling compensation programs/operations.
• Experience preparing materials for Board Committees is preferred.
• Experience with a large hourly or shift-based workforce is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, plan, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, policies, and processes (e.g., job architecture, salary structures, equity).
• Directly handle executive compensation, equity plan administration, and Board readiness.
• Collaborate with key business leaders to align compensation with strategy.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and build a compensation team.
