Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or human resources.
• Experience managing a professional staff and conducting compensation analyses, market pricing, and salary administration.
• Professional certification such as CEBS, CCP, or SPHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and management of health, dental, retirement plans, and other benefits; manage vendors and contract renewals.
• Administer, manage and implement the University’s compensation programs and salary structures.
• Lead Total Rewards communication strategies and annual Open Enrollment and Benefits Fair processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain data accuracy in HRIS and related systems.
