Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience, preferably within a similar industry or organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage innovative, data-driven compensation strategies.
  • Ensure pay structures are sustainable, equitable, and aligned to teacher effectiveness.

Education
