Qualifications

• Advanced degree(s) in relevant field: MD or MD/PhD and deep clinical expertise in neuroscience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in discovery, translational and/or clinical research in academic or industry setting.
• Extensive experience in clinical trial design and execution, biomarker development, and development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global clinical physicians and scientists in Phase 1 neuroscience trials.
• Articulate clinical development strategy and interpret trial data.
• Lead regulatory strategy and collaboration with authorities.
• Provide matrix leadership and mentorship within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure studies meet regulatory, quality, medical, and access goals.
