Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, Global Clinical Development in Neuroscience to lead the clinical development plan for assets across indications, driving strategy with cross-functional teams. The role requires senior leadership, regulatory collaboration, and external partner engagement to advance portfolio priorities.

You will design and guide trials, develop biomarkers, and oversee integration with safety groups.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD or MD/PhD). Fellows/training in the therapeutic area preferred.
• 7+ years of discovery, translational and/or clinical research experience in academia or industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrix environment and capability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical point of accountability for the development plan of assets across indications.
• Provide medical monitoring and lead interpretation of trial data for development strategy.
• Lead external partnerships, alliances and publications with investigators and thought leaders.
