Polysciences, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Laboratory Products Sales & Strategy in Warrington, PA. This executive role owns strategy, revenue growth, and P&L for the Laboratory Products business, working closely with two direct reports and key distributors.

You will personally develop accounts, guide commercial decisions, and drive execution. The role requires deep technical knowledge and strong leadership to transform scientific products into profitable sales.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of progressive experience with technically complex scientific, laboratory, diagnostic, biomaterial, polymer, or specialty chemical products.
Demonstrated technical sales success personally developing customers and growing profitable revenue.
Experience managing a product-line, portfolio, or business-unit P&L, including pricing, margins, product mix, spending, and profitability.
Experience developing strategic accounts, new direct customers, and distributor or channel-partner growth.
Demonstrated success commercializing new products and using customer and market insight to direct portfolio priorities.
Experience leading employees and cross-functional initiatives while remaining personally engaged in critical commercial work.
Experience using CRM, financial, product, customer, and digital-performance data to manage pipelines, establish priorities, and measure results.
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, biology, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.

Responsibilities

Own full P&L performance for the Laboratory Products business, including revenue, gross margin, pricing, product mix, spending, and profitability.
Lead the commercial strategy and execution plan for strategic accounts, new direct customers, distributors, and profitable business development.
Catalog expansion and portfolio decisions, including which products to develop, add, reposition, or discontinue.
Commercial direction for technical product development, pricing, positioning, launch readiness, and adoption.
Growth priorities for application campaigns, website improvements, SEO, technical content, and measurable digital demand generation; Marketing leads execution.
