You will shape LCD’s long-term strategy, lead STRAP and Strategy Deployment, and drive high-impact transformation initiatives that deliver sustainable growth and earnings improvement.

This role translates strategy into a focused portfolio of priorities with clear milestones, KPIs, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Finance, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership across strategy, transformation, operations, or general management.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business results.
• Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation and change.
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience driving growth and earnings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Division President to shape LCD's long-term strategy.
• Own and lead STRAP, integrating market, portfolio, operational, and financial perspectives.
• Drive high-impact transformation initiatives delivering growth and earnings.
• Translate strategy into priorities with milestones, KPIs, and accountability.
• Build alignment across Business Units and functions around strategic choices.
• Oversee two Program Managers to ensure successful execution.
• Establish governance for transformation milestones and benefits realization.
• Collaborate with Finance to create business cases and benefit targets.
• Foster enterprise leadership path toward General Manager roles.
