Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience including laboratory operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive cross‑department collaboration.
• Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, audit and payroll.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle policies and coding impact.
• Analytical, organizational, problem solving and decisive thinking skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and objectives.
• Advanced HR administration skills and staff development ability.
• Excellent project management capabilities and timeline control.
• Clear written and verbal communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with metrics and data synthesis for forecasting and reporting.
