Job summary

You will partner with CIO/CTO and IT leadership, oversee vendors, contracts, and HIPAA/CMS compliance, and drive IT modernization with governance, SOPs, and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing cloud services, governance, disaster recovery.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and daily IT operations.
• Oversee cloud services, cloud migration, governance, and disaster recovery.
• Manage network, telecommunications, infrastructure, and end-user support.
• Lead major incident management, outage response, and root cause analysis.
• Manage technology vendors, contracts, SOWs, and service performance.
• Establish ITSM processes for incident, problem, change, request, and service management.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on HIPAA, CMS, and state security requirements.
• Lead IT modernization and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, dashboards, and executive-level status reports.
• Work closely with the CIO/CTO and other IT leadership teams.
