Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive IT leadership and infrastructure management experience.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional IT staff.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and migration projects.
• Strong networking knowledge: LAN/WAN, DNS, load balancing, security compliance.
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms.
• Proven service desk management and KPI focus.
• Vendor management, contract oversight, SOW development.
• Data backup and disaster recovery expertise.
• Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance expertise (HIPAA/CMS).
• Excellent business communication skills; able to translate technical issues for executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT infrastructure operations ensuring availability and performance.
• Triage and track service tickets for cloud, hosting, and network services.
• Coordinate DNS changes, firewall rules, access provisioning.
• Lead incident response for major outages and root-cause analysis.
• Manage vendor relationships with regular reviews and escalations.
• Review Statements of Work, procurement documents, and contracts.
• Hire infrastructure and client support staff; conduct interviews.
• Develop and update SOPs for ITIM domains.
• Prepare weekly status reports to IT leadership.
• Ensure compliance artifacts and assessment documentation.
